This policy explains what information we collect when you apply for or inquire about owner-operator opportunities with Continuum, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to information collected through our website, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms and ads, text messages, and phone calls related to recruiting.

• Contact details you provide: full name, phone number, email address
• Application and qualification details: truck ownership status, CDL classification, years of driving experience, desired start date, and your reasons for seeking a new carrier
• Communication records: text messages exchanged with us and call records related to recruiting
• Referral and campaign data: which ad, platform, and campaign led you to apply, tracked through links (including drivects.com) that record source, campaign, and market information

We do not knowingly collect financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or health information through these channels.

• Contact you about owner-operator opportunities, pay, routes, and onboarding
• Evaluate whether you meet the qualifications for a specific terminal or lane
• Measure and improve our recruiting campaigns across platforms
• Comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements applicable to motor carriers

• With Continuum recruiters and operations staff, including our support team based in Cabo Verde who help manage recruiting communications on Continuum's behalf
• With Meta (Facebook/Instagram) when you submit a lead form, subject to Meta's own data practices
• With SMS and telephony service providers we use to send and receive recruiting texts and calls
• With link-tracking and analytics services used to attribute leads to a specific ad or campaign
• With government authorities or other third parties when required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

By providing your phone number and replying to our messages, you consent to receive recruiting-related text messages and calls from Continuum, which may be sent using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of phone calls placed by a recruiter. Our text messaging practices follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state text-messaging laws.

When you click an ad or a link we've shared (including links through drivects.com), we may record the source, campaign, and market associated with that link so we can measure which recruiting efforts are working and route your inquiry to the right terminal. Our website and ad platforms may also use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We retain your information for as long as needed to evaluate your application, contact you about opportunities, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. If you are not hired or do not respond, we may retain your information for a reasonable period in case future opportunities arise, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. To opt out of text messages, reply STOP to any message. To make any other privacy request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Our recruiting programs are directed at licensed commercial drivers who meet applicable minimum age requirements. Our services are not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 23, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our recruiting channels after a change means you accept the updated policy.
